We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you, and we are happy to accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 07 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact us to request a return authorization number (RA#).
Pack the item securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the RA# in the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items that have been worn or washed
Items without original tags or packaging
Final sale items
We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
